About The Position

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, production and maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ years of industrial maintenance (hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical) experience or completion of craft apprenticeship (required)
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment
  • Ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, and hoists in a safe manner
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Regular and predictable attendance to perform the essential functions and requirements of this role

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in industrial maintenance or related field (preferred)
  • Previous fabrication and welding experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
  • Utilizes mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • When necessary, provides emergency / unscheduled repairs to equipment
  • Completes foundational machinist duties as needed
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and drawings
  • Diagnoses equipment issues, completes testing and repairs or replaces parts to make necessary adjustments
  • Detects faulty operations or defective materials and reports those or any unusual operating situations to proper supervision
  • Maintains the ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needs
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
