Starting Pay up to $38 per hour + $0.50 Shift Premium (based on experience) Are you a problem-solver with a passion for keeping machines running smoothly? We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift operations. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined professionals who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and are ready to make an impact every day on the warehouse floor.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Technical certificate or college degree in a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
  • Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
  • Ability to use basic measurement instruments such as tape measure, scales, and gauges
  • Obtain and maintain current certification to operate material handling equipment such as, forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift, or cherry picker

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on machinery such as Waterjets, HAAS machines, Band saws, Plate saws, Schelling saws, Bearing saws, and Tsune circular saws
  • Perform timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Establish and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and facility equipment.
  • Complete facility/building maintenance tasks and minor repairs while keeping the work area clean and safe.
  • Dismantle malfunctioning equipment and install new or repaired machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and completed repairs.
  • Coordinate and provide recommendations for contracts and third-party services.
  • Supervise outside contractors during on-site mechanical and electrical work.
  • Support and comply with all safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.
  • Work directly on the warehouse floor, operating around heavy equipment and machinery.
