The incumbent basically works under moderate supervision The position will be based in Auburn, WA.

Requirements

Possess good general store room and organizational skills.
Prior knowledge of personal computer applications helpful; Excel, Work, Power Point, and Access.
Possess good communication skills, oral and written as well as good telephone skills.
Ability to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner required. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and complete assigned projects on a timely basis.
Ability to learn and follow Company and Distribution Center policies regarding safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks and related power equipment.
Valid driver license is required for operation of company pickup trucks.

Responsibilities

Responsible for parts and supply ordering process.
Creating CMMS purchase orders, ordering parts and supplies, receiving parts and supplies, closing out completed orders in the CMMS, and the stocking of received parts and supplies.
To perform daily cycle count on parts inventory, audit of parts and supply vendors weekly count sheets for accuracy.
Generate weekly and period end inventory financial reports.
Work with internal staff to ensure the ordering and receiving of the correct equipment parts and supplies.
May be required to work both (North and South) complexes as directed.
To provide backup assistance in the absence of the department administrative assistant for the purpose of receive and route telephone calls, sort and route incoming and outgoing mail.
Other duties assigned by management.
