What You’ll Get Your Hands On: Learn the Tools of the Trade Hands-on training with basic industrial tools and equipment Introduction to preventative maintenance practices Exposure to mechanical and electrical systems used in food manufacturing Safety, Systems & Skill-Building Food safety fundamentals within a manufacturing environment Electrical maintenance safety training Introduction to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Work side by side with experienced senior maintenance technician This is a true learning-by-doing experience—designed to build confidence, technical skills, and real-world understanding of industrial maintenance operations. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Industrial Maintenance , Mechatronics, or related college/university program
  • Strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
