We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving new business growth. Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts—providing accurate quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and emails, leveraging Northeast Electrical marketing campaigns to uncover and develop growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system to ensure visibility and timely follow-up.
  • Opportunity Development: Analyze customer needs, identify product gaps, and recommend solutions to qualify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborative Outreach: Partner with internal teams and vendor representatives to create strategies that strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Digital Solutions Support: Educate customers on digital tools and online ordering capabilities, providing demonstrations to simplify their buying process.
  • Adaptability: Contribute to special projects and additional duties that support team and company objectives.
