Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High level of mechanical aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Welding experience or willingness to learn
  • Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn
  • Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • 5 + Leadership experience a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required, but a plus
  • 53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive maintenance on mobile equipment(forklifts/skid steers), balers, shredders, and conveyors
  • Trouble shoot hydraulic, mechanical, motors, etc.
  • Repair/replace chains, belts, motors, sensors, etc.
  • Operate independently
  • Support safety initiatives and conduct training of new safety initiatives.
  • Utilize KPA software to manage work orders, log preventative maintenance, and support safety compliance efforts across the facility.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors/contractors
  • Manage shop supplies and parts.
  • 53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined.
