About The Position

We have an opportunity for an Industrial Engineering Technician II to support operations in Melbourne, Florida. In this fast-paced role, you will provide support to Industrial Engineering, Test Engineering and Design Engineering. This support includes performing a variety of functions in the development, implementation and revision of Manufacturing Engineering processes and procedures. You will have daily interface with Production teams to understand and provide solutions to tactical and strategic production build and test issues.

Requirements

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
1 + year of manufacturing experience

Nice To Haves

Experience writing technical documents and work instructions
Proficiency in the MS Office suite

Responsibilities

Simple process root cause problem resolution.
Develop and maintain work instructions in a manner that provides production personnel with the ability to build high quality products efficiently and effectively
Prepare and add value to change control
Create, execute, and close Run and Holds
Provide basic technical support and resolve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
Follow established policies and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities.
Create and maintain the master route sequences and BOM data in CSI.
Assist with interpreting engineer drawings/specs to develop and maintain assembly line work instructions.
Assists with reviewing Engineering Change Orders to ensure they are acceptable for production incorporation.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and adaptive response to challenges.
Provides general operator support
