Industrial Engineers operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, and utilize the latest technology in PLM, MRP, MES, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization Software to produce analysis’ & metrics which enable imperative business decisions. This position will provide data-driven solutions that enable the production team to optimize their manufacturing schedules and costs. This position requires collaboration with all functional groups through the entire product lifecycle within a production environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Direct experience as an industrial engineer or similar role in a production environment
Experience with manufacturing systems like MES/ERP, and automation systems

Nice To Haves

Proven leader, with experience leading a multi-functional team
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and experience tailoring presentations to stakeholders and varying levels of leadership
Experience or familiarity with data tools (Tableau) and SQL
Knowledge of simulation modeling tools and ability to apply them to analyze and optimize production systems
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations
Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively
