Your work will directly influence productivity, quality, and operational excellence across our clients’ industrial environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Aerospace or automotive experience
  • Manufacturing process experience
  • Ability to follow the production line
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Experience improving production rates
  • Experience with MTM (Method Time Measurement or clocking)
  • Has an agile and adaptive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve industrial engineering strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and balance assembly line workflows and manpower requirements.
  • Define and implement working standards, position configurations, and pace adjustments to support production changes.
  • Conduct time studies, analyze value-added activities, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, defect rates, and operator productivity.
  • Lead and support Kaizen workshops to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and diagnostic tools (e.g., VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis).
  • Support the Run@Rate (R@R) protocol to assess industrial system performance through physical testing and shopfloor evaluations.
  • Run at Rate project. Insure FAL can meet the expected rate to deliver faster
  • Conduct a stress test in the FAL
  • This stress test aims to validate industrial system’s capability to sustain the increased production rate while assessing the impact on resources, logistics, tooling, and overall efficiency.
  • Next FOM's will be delivered:
  • NCs per MSN.
  • Cycle Time - Critical path improvement (incl. Red Space).
  • Cycle Time - Tasks duration reduction (incl. White Space).
  • Out of sequence Work - SLB Adherence
  • Work Orders closed on time? If not, why?
  • Skills / competences management strategy.
  • Takt Change disturbances
  • Capture VA & NVA (Waste) time for linked operation steps
  • Identify the potential Gains in Hours.
  • Propose improvements for lineside, productivity and flows.
  • Pareto of deviations covering Red spaces, White spaces.
  • Quantify Right-first-time (RFT)
  • Support function reactions
