About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in the AI robotics industry. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes for our clients by leading the implementation, deployment, and support activities of smart robotic assistants. This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle real-world manufacturing challenges and collaborate with both customer operations leaders and our innovative robotics engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing analytics, or process optimization.
  • Familiarity with time study methodologies (e.g., MODAPTS) and value stream mapping.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Splunk, or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (~70%) and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Must have work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of industry experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with automation technologies or working in robotics/startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform meticulous time studies and gather crucial operational data directly from customer manufacturing floors.
  • Analyze value streams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and prime opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to develop robust cost-benefit analyses and compelling ROI models for automation solutions.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, impactful visualizations and present them confidently to internal teams and key external stakeholders.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to various customer sites across the U.S., gaining diverse industry exposure.
