About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in the AI robotics industry. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes for our clients by leading the implementation, deployment, and support activities of smart robotic assistants. This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle real-world manufacturing challenges and collaborate with both customer operations leaders and our innovative robotics engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing analytics, or process optimization.
Familiarity with time study methodologies (e.g., MODAPTS) and value stream mapping.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Splunk, or other BI tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively (~70%) and thrive in dynamic environments.
Must have work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of industry experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience with automation technologies or working in robotics/startup environments.

Responsibilities

Perform meticulous time studies and gather crucial operational data directly from customer manufacturing floors.
Analyze value streams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and prime opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to develop robust cost-benefit analyses and compelling ROI models for automation solutions.
Translate complex findings into clear, impactful visualizations and present them confidently to internal teams and key external stakeholders.
Travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to various customer sites across the U.S., gaining diverse industry exposure.
