About The Position

Analyze material flow and supply chain processes to optimize movement and storage of materials. Conduct capacity studies and utilize simulation tools to model manufacturing and material handling systems. Identify and analyze bottlenecks, recommending and implementing corrective actions. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continual process improvements. Lead and facilitate Kaizen and other improvement workshops across manufacturing operations. Champion data-driven decision-making; collect and analyze data to support recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering. Develop and maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and outcomes. Mentor or coach junior team members in problem-solving and Lean methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of material flow, capacity analysis, and manufacturing simulation software.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen event leadership (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence across organizational levels.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP for inventory, production, or materials management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for facility or process layout design.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Arena or similar discrete event simulation software.
  • Competency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Apps to develop process or workflow tools.
