Industrial Engineer Staff
About The Position
You will be the Operations Analyst Staff for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support JASSM/LRASM Production Operations Management. As the Operations Analyst Staff, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical skills along with other Industrial Engineering skills and analyses to help turn an array of raw data into actionable information for use in making sound business decisions. You will help the Build Teams focus on ways to increase their efficiencies and quality, with a focus on program affordability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
- Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Applying analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, Python, R, etc.) to analyze data and provide insights
- Developing and maintaining discrete event simulation models to support production operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Presenting data and analysis to leadership to inform business decisions
- Coordinating site-related Industrial Engineering activities
