About The Position

This employee will be considered the main POC for an ADP program at Palmdale, CA. The position will be in support of Production Ops for IMS and EVM with knowledge of incoming 1LMX initiatives and how they can support the ADP program. This position will also have opportunities to interact with external customers and must be able to articulate program status with poise. The position has potential to develop into a Special Missions POC on newly captured programs and programs that require reach back support regarding cost, schedule, staffing, and capacity metrics. The candidate will be able to create and sustain a process to track engineering design to kitting (FAMSCO) and be able to inform best shop practices for crew planning.

Requirements

• Touch Labor Estimates
• Tableau or other visualization experience
• FAMSCO or other similar program metric creation
• IMS and EVMS experience
• Program Standup experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret security clearance
