We are hiring an Industrial Electrician Maintenance Supervisor for our 1st shift (6a - 2p), Monday through Friday (OT when needed). This is a salaried role reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Requirements

DOL Electrical Journeyman PREFERRED.
HS Diploma/GED required.
2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and mechanical press; compressor and/or chiller experience a plus in an automotive manufacturing.
Demonstrate experience with electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing, any PLC knowledge a plus.
Leadership skills to coach Maintenance Team toward career development.
Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills with MS Excel and Maintenance Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership and supervision for hourly maintenance technicians.
Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding stamping/assembly, and mechanical press manufacturing.
Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals
