About The Position

This role involves taking ownership from the first terminal to the final torque, focusing on clean and precise wiring. The position is for someone who is meticulous about detail and comfortable with industrial power systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on panel building or wiring
• Comfortable reading line diagrams and full electrical schematics
• Confident around industrial power, including 3-phase, 480V
• Skilled with hand/power tools and meticulous about detail
• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Equipment troubleshooting mindset
• Electrical schematic literacy
• Machine assembly experience
• 120/208/240/480V systems familiarity
• Conduit pulling
• Industrial electrical background
• Mechanical assembly skill
• Blueprint reading competence

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree/certificate
• Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Background in light metal fabrication

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels from drawings and schematics
• Terminate, route, and label conductors with precision and consistency
• Independently complete full builds to quality and safety standards
• Assist with light fabrication tasks to support production flow
