As a Industrial Area Sales Manager (IASM) at Crescent Electric, you will serve as a strategic & tactical business leader for the assigned geography leading and developing a team of sales hunters. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of action-oriented area strategies that result in profitable growth and success with focused initiatives by addressing market requirements, key customers, competitive threats and new technologies. You will build organizational capability across the area sales teams while leveraging and partnering with key enterprise resources to deliver organic growth. As an IASM, you will be a key point of leadership and you will influence to help cascade and execute the strategies, directives, and objectives associated with business transformation and operational excellence across the company for long-term success. In this role, you will be the point person to leverage best practices from other geographies for deployment/execution within the assigned territory, as well as serve up best practices from within the assigned geography to be shared and executed in other territories.
