About The Position

Join Zero-X in Bali to be part of our global expansion in commercial execution, EU funding, and deep-tech R&D. We need someone who can handle daily outbound outreach and follow-ups to increase Zero-X's visibility and business opportunities. This role is critical for maintaining the sales pipeline and managing high-volume outreach. We offer significant international exposure, working with a diverse team on projects with a global footprint. This is an unpaid internship with the potential to lead to a full-time role based on performance.

Requirements

  • Analytical Thinking: You can research prospects, assess fit against ICP criteria, and prioritize outreach efforts effectively.
  • Effective Communication: You write clear, concise, and relevant outreach messages that capture attention and encourage responses.
  • Reliable & Consistent: You maintain disciplined follow-up across multiple touchpoints and manage outreach sequences reliably.
  • Resilience in Objection-Handling: You respond constructively to objections or non-responses and keep conversations moving professionally.
  • Attention to Detail: You keep outreach activities, lead status, and next steps accurately organized within CRM systems.
  • Learning Agility: You are open to feedback, test new messaging approaches, and adjust based on performance data.
  • Multilingual: You have a working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Can-do Attitude: You have a proactive mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. You are self-driven and can thrive in fast-paced work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Daily outbound outreach to potential customers
  • Structured follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings
  • CRM ownership and pipeline management
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum in the sales cycle
  • Proactively engage with leads and prospects
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Ensure follow-ups are executed with discipline and consistency
