Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred) with prior experience in administrative or operations support; insurance or financial services experience preferred
Strong time management, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a customer-focused, proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for the Individual Life & Health business, including processing applications, policy changes, documentation, and day-to-day task coordination to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Manage communications, records, and reporting, handling internal inquiries, maintaining accurate data in internal systems, supporting operational reports, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and company standards
Support team efficiency and client lifecycle activities, coordinating meetings, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
