Please visit our website for more information about our services, locations, and team at www.mindful.health Position Summary: The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing group and/or individual psychotherapy and psychoeducational services to clients, either in person or through virtual platforms. In addition to direct care, the therapist supports other aspects of treatment and service delivery in accordance with their professional licensure. This role emphasizes ethical practice, clinical excellence, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, client-centered care. Education & Experience LPC/LCSW: A master’s degree in social work, human development, psychology, counseling, or behavioral science from an accredited college or university. Has met state licensing requirements for LPC or LCSW and is actively licensed to practice. A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical assessment & diagnosis, focusing on treating and preventing mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. Willingness to pursue certification in valued treatment modalities. Active CPR Certification LPC-Associate/LMSW: Must have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, human development, counseling or behavioral science field from an accredited college or university. Must be actively licensed in the State to provide clinical care, treatment, and services. A minimum of 1 years' experience in clinical assessment & diagnosis with a focus on the treatment and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. Will be required to participate in active supervision toward advanced clinical licensure with an LCSW-S or LPC-S, if applicable. Active CPR Certification
