Requirements

• Active New Mexico license in good standing (LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMSW)
• Experience providing individual and/or family therapy
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy services in an in-office setting
• Establish a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client needs
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to support continuity of care
• Uphold ethical standards and culturally competent practice
