In this 12–18-month structured program, you'll be introduced to DMA’s Compliance Operations in either Transaction Tax or Property Tax, determined during the interview process. You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive targeted training, and be fully immersed in our company culture. Our goal is to help you discover where your strengths lie and support your growth with mentorship, professional development, cross-functional exposure, and a clear path toward a rewarding career within DMA. Throughout the program, you'll gain insight into the diverse career paths and advancement opportunities available at DMA—including, but not limited to, roles in Compliance, Consulting, Real Estate, Implementation, Business Development/Sales, and our Management Trainee/Leadership track.
