Further information is available at www.paysafe.com.  Summary The Indirect Sourcing Director is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across all professional services categories, including managed services, consulting, advisory, audit, tax, legal, and specialized services. This role ensures cost optimization, supplier innovation, and favorable business terms that deliver measurable value to the organization. This hybrid position is based in our Jacksonville, FL office and requires three days per week on-site.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with at least 5 years in professional services category leadership.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including working capital strategies.
Experience managing professional services categories such as consulting, audit, tax, and legal.
Working knowledge of use of AI.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for professional services categories: managed services, consulting, advisory, audit, tax, legal, and specialized services.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
Negotiate contracts inclusive of favorable business terms such as working capital optimization, performance-based incentives, and risk-sharing mechanisms.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders.
Manage strategic relationships with professional services firms and providers.
Work in concert with Vendor Management and Risk teams to implement supplier performance management.
Partner with internal organizations in Finance, Legal, and Compliance to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Work collaboratively with Supplier Risk Management
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support governance frameworks.
