Energy & Sustainability – BGIS’ sustainable practices and energy-efficiency
strategies reduce energy usage for our clients. We promote environmental

Strategic Asset Management - We maximize the efficiency and integrity of our
client’s real estate assets.
Technical Services – Our qualified teams of technicians who specialize in
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, & Fuel/EV Equipment drive cost
savings and sustainable practices.
Real Estate Services – Our expertise in providing brokerage, lease
administration, audit and property management support our client’s business
strategies.
Workplace Solutions – Our inspirational workplace solutions increase
engagement, optimize space usage, and create a flexible workplace that
supports out client’s people, culture and brand.
Sustainable Cleaning Solutions – We provide unmatched cleaning quality while
using the safest and most sustainable solutions in the industry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some positions may require post-secondary education in a related field, and/or specific certification.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, and clean driver’s abstract.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
