Keralty-Sanitas is a global company that provides a comprehensive health model (healthcare, social, and community) through an integrated ecosystem of high-quality companies, products, and services. Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative will coordinate the sales and marketing of the products and services of Optimal to its medical distribution customers in the Healthcare market. The Inside Sales Representative will work with existing customers as well as develop new customers. Working within the framework of the Business Development Team, the Inside Sales Representative will be required to demonstrate a high degree of maturity, ethics, and professionalism with an aptitude for understanding the demands of the customers while maximizing the success and profitability of Optimal. The Inside Sales Representative must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and entrepreneurial in a growth-focused and exciting business environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in business administration, finance, or marketing; or three to five years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years in business setting preferably in a sales role.

  • Technology – Possesses solid computer skills, including knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Inventory software, and Database software. Ability to effectively run Excel and ERP programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Sales background is preferred.
  • ERP experience in Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes the programs and services of Optimal to its customers by serving as an account representative through an inside sales role.
  • Fosters a solid business relationship with Optimal customers through regular contact via phone and email; Cold calling and regular prospecting are essential components of this position.
  • Evaluates the needs of the customers and customizes sales strategies to achieve the expectations of the customers.
  • Helps the customers realize the value that Optimal delivers to their bottom line.
  • Identifies new markets and customers for the products, services, and programs of Optimal.
  • Develops market campaigns to increase market share and penetrate new customers.
  • Analyzes customers’ data to create transactions that improve their acquisition costs while maximizing sales for Optimal.
  • Assures that all offered products are priced to meet the profitability standards of the company.
  • Establishes sales and profit margin goals and communicates outcomes to upper management.
  • Identifies and reports customers’ usage shifts, expansion of their item demands, and changes in price requirements.
  • Research and monitor market trends and product segment data to ensure the capitalization of opportunities.
  • Converts customer demand and pricing changes into new business and increased margins for each account.
