Requirements
- One or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry.
- Proven track record in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- An adaptable mindset to foster new ideas and encourage continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in RealPage, Enquire, or related software systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive success by inspiring commitment, fostering teamwork, and building community engagement.
- Actively provide leadership through coaching and mentoring.
- Direct the management team to achieve all operational and financial goals.
- Be accountable for the strategic planning and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to ensure community growth.
- Operate the community according to Civitas's policies, ensuring resident safety, and adhering to all government regulations.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to motivate others to adapt to changes quickly.
