What you will do: ● This salaried position will report directly to the Executive Director and will manage dailyoperations within the Independent Living Community.● Interacts frequently with residents and families, and creates & maintains a positive, high energywork environment and a high level of satisfaction with families, residents andassociates.● Serving as the primary liaison with residents and families to resolve problems, contractsituations and billing● Enthusiastically implements programs and practices that enhance the customer serviceexperience for the residents.● Supports the Front desk● Coordinates and implements a successful new resident On-boarding program andon-going check-ins and or progress in the community. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or Social work
Recent community experience, education, and skills specific to independent living.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends & holidays as needed
Must enjoy working with the senior population

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations within the Independent Living Community
Interacts frequently with residents and families
Creates & maintains a positive, high energy work environment
Maintains a high level of satisfaction with families, residents and associates
Serving as the primary liaison with residents and families to resolve problems, contract situations and billing
Enthusiastically implements programs and practices that enhance the customer service experience for the residents
Supports the Front desk
Coordinates and implements a successful new resident On-boarding program and on-going check-ins and or progress in the community
