Job Description The Independent Agency (IA) Countrywide Sales Director is responsible for profitable growth and increased market share within an assigned region. The role is accountable for all aspects of strategy development for Specialty Vehicle, Household and Flood sales within their assigned region. The role leads a consolidated team of sales leaders and network of agents with the goal of achieving sales and profitability targets while fostering a culture of embracing change, talent development and shared purpose. In addition, this leader will serve as the primary liaison for technology integration across IA sales channels, ensuring tools align with overall sales strategy and drive effective adoption. They will lead optimization of automation solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability, while monitoring performance metrics to evaluate the impact of technology and IA initiatives. They will foster strong cross-functional collaboration and guide change management efforts to support successful implementation and sustained adoption.
