Overview: Remote (U.S. – Select States Only) This is a remote position; however, to be eligible for hire, candidates must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer. Eligible states currently include: AL, AZ, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV. Reports to: Associate Manager, Inbound Sales (Phones/Chat) Travel Expectations: Minimal travel; will be determined by business needs and may include occasional trips for key meetings, collaboration opportunities, or area-connected events. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Effective communicators in both writing and conversation
  • Curious and adaptable, able to learn quickly and pivot with grace
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a knack for converting interest into action
  • Comfortable with technology, chat tools, and CRM platforms
  • Skilled at balancing empathy with results—delivering both service and sales
  • Excited to contribute to a values-driven, people-focused brand

Responsibilities

  • Converting inbound inquiries into successful sales through digital and phone channels
  • Advising customers on product selection, design tools, pricing, and turnaround options
  • Using insight and discovery to qualify leads and forward them to other sales channels (e.g., Mid-Market, Account Management, Pro Teams)
  • Delivering exceptional experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and connection
  • Navigating customer challenges with patience and professionalism
  • Collaborating with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to improve workflow and service
