About The Position

Step into a role that keeps product moving Location: Saint Joseph, MI Reporting to: Production Supervisor or Designee What you’ll do (primary responsibilities) Pick up finished goods from assembly, complete system transactions, and stage/ship accurately. Receive inbound materials and store them in inventory with correct documentation. Enter all material movements into Epicor to keep counts precise and current. Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts and other material handling equipment (gas/electric). Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently. Support additional related duties and projects as assigned. You’ll succeed here if you… Value accuracy and understand the impact of clean inventory transactions. Work well independently and collaborate smoothly across departments to hit team goals. Follow written and verbal instructions and bring a dependable work ethic every day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience operating material handling equipment; 1–3 months related work experience.
• Forklift experience (reach and counterbalance) or ability to be trained.
• Knowledge of warehouse product flow and basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).
• RF scanner and tablet proficiency (or willingness to learn).
• ERP familiarity— Epicor experience is a plus.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and solid math fundamentals.
