• Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for seamless operations
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
