About The Position

The In-Sales Technical Service Engineer supports customer visits, factory audits, product inspections, and complaint follow-up activities. This role coordinates cross-functionally to ensure audit readiness, resolves on-site issues, drives corrective actions, and maintains clear reporting to deliver a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’s in Economics / Finance/ Marketing or , Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • English and Chinese proficiency preferred
  • Ability to work occasional reasonable overtime based on business needs.
  • Strong teamwork mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Professional, customer-facing demeanor and approachable personality
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple issues through closure

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support customer factory audits, goods inspection, supervision, and visits; conduct pre-audit checks and coordinate internal meetings to complete corrective actions in advance.
  • Coordinate and accompany customers during manufacturing supervision, inspection, and factory audits; support logistics and work-related arrangements during customer visits (as applicable), including meals, accommodation, and transportation coordination.
  • Drive responsible departments to investigate on-site issues and product abnormalities identified by customers, and issue corrective action reports.
  • Summarize customer visit findings and corrective measures; regularly update the progress of issue resolution and share updates with relevant departments.
  • Follow up on all related processes within the customer complaint workflow; track progress for each complaint and submit follow-up results to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate sampling activities from production/inspection and manage third-party testing follow-up, including communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Report results of workshop inspections, production supervision, and line inspections; collect and submit required data for weekly/monthly reports.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.
