The In-Room Dining Manager role involves overseeing all aspects of the Room Service and Private Bar departments, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for guest rooms and suites. This includes managing inventory, as well as hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong Food and Beverage experience and comprehensive knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.
