About The Position

The In Room Dining Manager is an essential member of Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.
Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, or similar environment
Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites.
The ability to monitor all amenities so they are delivered on time and are properly maintained
The ability to ensure the cleanliness of Room Service and guest hallways by establishing and enforcing clean-up schedules.
The ability to prepare weekly, monthly and yearly goals and budgets.
The ability to prepare staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports and scheduled functions.
The ability to coordinate and execute functions or special receptions in rooms, suites and boardrooms.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.
The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential for this position.
