Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented In-House Service Technician to join our service team. This role is primarily responsible for bench testing, diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing commercial and residential espresso, coffee, and beverage equipment. In addition, this position supports field technicians with technical guidance, parts identification, and inventory management, and serves as a backup field service technician when needed, including occasional travel for cruise ship service calls or special projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, technically strong, organized, and communicates effectively, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and support a fast-paced service operation.
