About The Position

Responsible for testing, troubleshooting and repair assembly on computers. To include, but not limited to, notebooks, chromebooks, desktops and/or monitors.Duties/Responsibilities Disassembly and reassembly of computers and peripherals Chromebook repairs including OS reloads CSS application process repairs Successfully test, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues. Ability to identify, document and report quality issues. Good motor skills and the ability to use hand tools and other small equipment to successfully perform the repairs. Requires a high and consistent throughout on repairs. Attention to detail is necessary. Regular and satisfactory attendance and punctuality are required. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective math and reading skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work under close supervision and follow directions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to analyze and diagnose problems and work independently to solve them.
Strong technical knowledge required.
Previous repair experience is necessary.
3-5 years’ experience in the Computer Science field, preferred
Ability to maintain a 96% (rolling 13-week) attendance average.

Nice To Haves

A+ Certification is preferred, but not required
