In-house Counsel
About The Position
The In-House Counsel is a corporate role responsible for: providing legal advice to the organization on a variety of topics; collaborating with materials management, finance, legal, and operational leaders to ensure the contract review, approval, and administration processes are effectively managed. The position oversees the administration of third-party leases for the system and oversees all real estate transactions within the system. Baptist Health Care is a not-for-profit health care system committed to improving the quality of life for people and communities in northwest Florida and south Alabama. The organization includes three hospitals, four medical parks, Andrews Institute for Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine, and an extensive primary and specialty care provider network.
