JRI’s Children’s Friend and Family Services division supports children and families managing significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to help families access essential services so they can thrive at home, in school, and in their communities. Compensation The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 per year . The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. What You'll Do: Ensure highâquality services for youth with behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges to support stabilization at home and in the community. Support staff in working with families to improve problemâsolving, limit setting, communication, safety planning, and healthy interaction patterns. Oversee CBHI Supervisors, Master’sâlevel InâHome Therapists, and as needed, Bachelor’sâlevel therapists and/or Therapeutic Mentors; provide weekly supervision, coaching, and training. Oversee progress notes, safety planning tools, and all program documentation. Monitor weekly and biweekly productivity using appropriate tracking tools. Lead weekly IHT supervision groups and attend Care Plan Team or system meetings as required. Provide consultation for challenging clinical situations. Build and maintain relationships with collateral agencies; support parents in selfâadvocacy. Coordinate referrals with local providers, including ESP/Mobile Crisis Intervention teams. Communicate with clients and providers regarding staff performance concerns or programâlevel issues. Maintain charting and documentation standards consistent with HIPAA, MCE requirements, and agency procedures; assist in staff training and monitoring. Meet weekly with the Director of Community-Based Services for supervision. Provide clinical training, supervision, and support to CBHI Supervisors and assigned staff. Collaborate with supervisees to set and achieve annual performance goals. Support billing and data reporting, including all MABHA reporting for IHT programs.
