Requirements

  • Prior scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with technology - Wellsky experience a plus!
  • Reliability, consistency, and a team-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home health, healthcare, or human services is a plus - but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate caregiver and clinician assignments to meet client needs
  • Communicate clearly with field staff regarding schedules, changes, and coverage
  • Respond to last-minute changes with flexibility and a problem-solving approach
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in agency systems
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
  • Support continuity of care by ensuring coverage is reliable and timely
  • Manage scheduling changes in Wellsky
