We are growing and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to work with pre-qualified, company-provided leads —no cold calling required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage a schedule
  • Comfortable with in-home, consultative sales
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
  • Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions
  • Present and sell water treatment systems
  • Build trust and provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Manage and follow up on leads provided by our marketing team
  • Schedule Pre-set appointments provided (no prospecting required)
  • Typical workload: 40–50 appointments per month
  • Availability required for evenings and Saturdays
  • No Sunday appointments
