About The Position

This role at Redo Cabinets (fka Krumwiede Roofing) is for a Rehash Closer, operating field-based or remotely. The primary responsibility is to follow up with warm prospects who have already engaged with the product, understand its value, and expressed interest but did not finalize a purchase. The consultant will work independently, managing their own pipeline, and using phone follow-ups to rebuild urgency, reinforce value, handle objections, and guide customers to a decision. The goal is to convert 'not now' into 'yes today' and track all activities and results within a CRM system to meet and exceed revenue targets. This is not an office-based role.

Requirements

• Proven success in rehash / outbound / warm lead sales
• Strong objection handling & persuasion skills
• Confident phone presence
• Self-motivated and disciplined (no micromanagement)
• Want freedom from the office
• Can manage their own day and pipeline
• Know how to control a conversation over the phone
• Thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Want to be paid based on results
• Ability to re-open deals
• Ability to overcome objections
• Ability to close over the phone
