About The Position
Do you have a passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to provide in-home non-medical support to clients. Location: Serving clients in and around Milton, Iowa Schedule: Part‑time, around 11 hours per week, with room to increase as our team and client base continue to grow. WHY VILLAGE CAREGIVING? Requirements
- Respectful, compassionate individuals who thrive in oneonone care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to provide emotional and physical support with empathy
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Strong communication and reliability with clients, families, and coworkers
- Comfort supporting clients with mobility or memoryrelated challenges
- Current CPR (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication, timemanagement, and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing)
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Preparing meals and promoting proper nutrition
- Performing light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Reporting unusual incidents to nurses or family members
- Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
