Requirements

• Respectful, compassionate individuals who thrive in one-on-one care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide emotional and physical support with empathy
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
• Strong communication and reliability with clients, families, and coworkers
• Comfort supporting clients with mobility or memory related challenges
• Current CPR (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and promoting proper nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Reporting unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, or family members
• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
