About The Position

Join the Village Caregiving Team in Home Care Do you have a passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to provide in-home non-medical support to clients. Location: Serving clients in and around Milton, Iowa Schedule: Part‑time, around 11 hours per week, with room to increase as our team and client base continue to grow. Why Village Caregiving? Requirements

• Respectful, compassionate individuals who thrive in oneonone care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide emotional and physical support with empathy
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
• Strong communication and reliability with clients, families, and coworkers
• Comfort supporting clients with mobility or memoryrelated challenges
• Current CPR (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, timemanagement, and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and promoting proper nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Reporting unusual incidents to nurses or family members
• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
