The Senior Improvement Leader partners with leaders and team members at all levels to drive measurable, sustainable results aligned with Indiana University Health’s systemwide and regional priorities. This role deploys strategic improvement programs and facilitates breakthrough performance for highly complex, cross ‑ functional initiatives. The Senior Improvement Leader strengthens organizational capability by developing and embedding a Lean Management System—grounded in Toyota Production System principles and High Reliability Organization practices—with leaders and team members. Additionally, the Senior Improvement Leader provides guidance and support to less experienced team members, modeling Indiana University Health values and serving as a resource to elevate improvement practices across the organization.
