About The Position

This Supervisor position will be responsible for assisted tasks for their Manager and daily tracking of all case workers in the Impound department. A successful Supervisor will assist Managers in all day-to-day operational activities for the assigned recovery. MVTrac has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of recovery services. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in supervisory role
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2+ years experience in Impounds related experience
Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
Client (auto finance) experience
High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Energetic and self-motivated - must be well organized and able to make proactive recommendations
Servant leader attitude willing to invest and grow team members to support MVTrac clients.
Working knowledge of websites and protocols involving Impounds and state requirements

Responsibilities

Provide support for direct report Manager and front line staff
Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol.
Documenting and processing client requests.
Track each staff members daily productivity and provide coaching as needed
Review Fee requests for accuracy and submission to lender.
