Impound Coordinator - US Remote
About The Position
NOTE: This is a fully REMOTE position anywhere in the United States. We are searching for an Impound Coordinator to work assignments within our fast-paced environment. The qualified individual will be involved in bailing out collateral nationally. The successful recovery of assets will be completed by utilizing our proprietary systems and having discussions directly with the impound lots, agents, and clients. The Impound Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining customer service, updating designated accounts, as well as communicating with our clients. This position does not require field work or travel. The ideal candidate for this position must be persistent, assertive, and thrive under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Impound related experience, or equivalent
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Responsibilities
- Strong and assertive phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction
- Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirements
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Experience with collateral repossession
- Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, credit experience would be beneficial
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
