About The Position

In this role, you will lead sales efforts across the U.S. import logistics market, focusing on customs brokerage, warehousing, transloading, and domestic transportation solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted end-to-end logistics partner. This role combines strategic sales planning, hands-on client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and brokerage teams. You will design integrated import solutions that align with customer supply chains and industry trends, while meeting revenue, gross profit, and volume targets. The position provides autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to drive meaningful business growth in a fast-moving, global logistics environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, relationship-oriented, and skilled at selling comprehensive logistics solutions rather than just pricing. This is a fully remote position within the U.S., allowing flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Proven track record in B2B solution-based sales with demonstrated revenue and gross profit achievement.
  • Existing contacts within importer and distributor networks preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to sell integrated, value-driven logistics solutions rather than focusing solely on rates.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and U.S. trade compliance.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Must be currently based within the United States.
