Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative coordination.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export administration, or supply chain support roles.
  • Basic understanding of international shipping terms and common import documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate import shipment records in Excel and SharePoint, including container numbers, booking references, ETAs, and delivery status.
  • Update shipment tracking files and internal schedules to reflect the latest available information.
  • Track receipt of commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading from suppliers and brokers.
  • Organize and file import documentation to ensure information is readily available for internal teams and customs brokers.
  • Monitor inbound international shipments from booking through delivery and identify changes in status or timing.
  • Communicate regularly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to obtain shipment updates and clarify information.
  • Provide clear, timely shipment status updates to Planning, Purchasing, and Operations.
  • Escalate delays, missing documentation, or data inconsistencies with relevant background and context.
