The Import Expense Coordinator is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, and reconciling all expenses related to international shipments. This role ensures timely payment of importârelated invoices, maintains detailed cost records, and supports the logistics and finance teams by resolving discrepancies and improving expenseâtracking processes. The ideal candidate must possess solid operational and technical accounts payable background and proactively work to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment. In this role, the position will work closely with all BIS departments as well as the corporate finance team. This role will be hybrid 1-2 days a week in office. 3-4 days remote.
