About the role We are seeking an Implementation Services Manager who has a passion for delighting customers by delivering winning GRC strategies and solutions. We work with mid-market organizations and large enterprises in all verticals, especially Financial Services and Healthcare. We are seeking an Implementation Manager who is a true hustler—someone scrappy, proactive, and obsessed with delivering customer value. You won't just follow a project plan; you will be a strategic consultant who uses AI to automate the mundane and focus on solving complex upstream business problems.

Requirements

  • The Hustle Factor: Proven experience being scrappy and proactive in a fast-paced environment. You have a track record of taking risks, handling "hard things," and driving results with minimal oversight.
  • Experience: 4+ years in software implementations, consulting, or project management, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization or consulting firm.
  • GRC Expertise: 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry or related fields.
  • AI-First Mindset: A strong interest in AI and a desire to ask “Can AI help with this?” for every task. Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Breadth: Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously while working effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bias for Action: You are a "doer" who thrives on achieving the "unachievable" and is motivated by a high performing culture.
  • Technical Aptitude: Advanced technical knowledge in Excel or similar products; ability to quickly master "no-code" configuration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Journey: Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations end-to-end within a Pod-based structure, collaborating with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure project health.
  • Leverage AI Innovation: Use LogicGate’s AI-driven assistant, Config Newton to automate point-and-click work, freeing your time for high-value creative solution design.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Move beyond reacting to symptoms; proactively solve upstream business problems to prevent churn and improve the end-user experience.
  • Compress Timelines: Prove that the impossible is achievable by contributing to our goal of reducing implementation timelines through efficiency and AI.
  • Consultative Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, using exceptional listening and curiosity to understand business problems rather than just technical requirements.
  • Effective Application Design: Design and build "sticky" Risk Cloud applications that drive long-term adoption and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate for the "How": Maintain a bias for action by saying “yes” to challenges and then leveraging your Pod to figure out the best execution strategy.
